After two weekends of postponing due to adverse weather conditions, the RICOH Lord Mayor’s Appeal Hot Air Balloon Regatta finally flew over the blue skies of 5am London.
Most of the photos were shot at Burgess Park in south London where the hot air balloons flew in direction of Canary Wharf and later onto Romford. The last photo was taken from London Bridge.
Shot on a Canon 6D with a 24-104 f4 Lens, handheld hdr fused in Lightroom 6.6.
And managed to get a feature in @London instagram account.
All in all it was a good day shooting, and walking from London Bridge to Elizabeth Tower with almost no soul in sight was sublime.
